Mentor Q/A

Who Can Be a Mentor?

If you can answer YES to the three questions below, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

  1. Do you have a solid business background in a particular industry or profession?
  2. Are you open to sharing your journey and professional insights with others?
  3. Do you support members of our military community?

If you said yes, then you’re ready to make an impact. Become a mentor and help bridge the gap between the military and civilian workforce by saying more than,

“Thank You for Your Service.”

Mentorship isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about having a conversation. It’s about sharing your experience with curious job seekers who are eager to learn, make informed decisions, and grow.

How much time do I need to commit to mentorship?

We ask that you commit to doing at least 1 one-hour mentorship call.

The rest is entirely up to you. Some mentors set up their availability once a week or once a month. However, after your first mentorship call, we think you will want to mentor more.
